Tá Na Gaeil Óga ag dul ó neart go neart bliain ar bhliain. Tá fás níos tapúla tagtha orainn mar chlub ná mar a shamhlaigh aon duine nuair a tosnaíodh amach i 2010.
Tá am na cinniúna ag teannadh linn. Sna cúpla bliain amach romhainn beidh páistí ar fhás aníos leis an gcumann ag tosnú ag imirt lena foirne fasta. Deimhneoidh seo todhchaí fádtearmach an club agus táimid ag súil go mór le sin.
Idir seo agus sin tá obair le déanamh. In ainneoin an obair iontach atá ar siúl, tá gá lenár struchtúr a fhorbairt agus a fheabhsú le go bhfuil muid bunsheasmhach ó thaobh spóirt, teanga, airgeadais, deonachas srl.
Chuige sin, táimid chun plean a fhorbairt don chlub a thogfaidh muid chomh fada le 2025. Ba bhreá liom cuireadh a thabhairt d'éinne ar spéis leo a thuairimí nó a bhfuinneamh a bheith i latháir d'Fhóram Pleanála ar an 1ú Márta ag 6i.n.
Beidh an oíche á reáchtáil as Gaeilge ach míle fáilte roimh thosaitheoirí (beginners) agus gach caighdéan Gaeilge.
Tá nasc anseo le cúpla ceist gearr chun bhur tuairimí agus smaointí a fháil roimh na hoíche. Ní thígfaidh sé ach cúpla nóiméad é a líonadh amach. Beidh an nasc oscailte go dtí oíche Dé Domhnaigh.
Ag siúl go mór le sibh a fheiceáil ar an oíche!
Planning Forum 2023 - 2025 - 1st March - 6pm - Gaelscoil Naomh Pádraig
Na Gaeil Óga are going from strength to strength each year. We have grown at a level no one would have envisaged when we were established in 2010.
We are now at a deciding moment at the club. In the next few years, the players that grew up with Na Gaeil Óga will start playing with the adult teams. This will ensure the long-term future of the club and we are very much looking forward to that.
Between now and then however, there is work to do. Despite all of the admirable efforts already taking place, there is always room to develop and improve the underage structure to ensure that we are well positioned in terms of sport, language, finances, sponsorship, etc.
To that end, we are going to develop a plan for the club that will take us as far as 2025. We would very much like to welcome anyone who has any ideas or enthusiasm to the Planning Forum on 1st March at 6pm.
The night will be as Gaeilge but beginners and every level of Irish welcome to attend.
